One of our favorite things about what we do is bringing our client’s vision and wedding design to life. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing all of your hard work and planning develop into a gorgeous event for guests to enjoy.
With S+M’s wedding design, they wanted a timeless and classic look with neutral tones, so it was very fitting that the couple chose The Ford Field & River Club as their wedding venue. With over 1,800 acres of meticulously kept property, this historic wedding venue served as the ideal backdrop for this classic design with refined details.
Keeping true to the client’s design vision, we chose soft and neutral decor that elevated the already breathtaking property. Florals and the natural Georgian landscape set the scene for the outdoor wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. Romantic white florals with deep green foliage were nestled amongst vintage columns which lined S+M at the front of the ceremony. During this outdoor wedding ceremony, guests were seated in natural wood chairs on the property’s front lawn. While a custom-made acrylic green welcome sign with lush white florals was located at the ceremony entrance to greet guests.
The addition of these romantic white florals continued throughout this wedding design and could be noticed in feature installations on the pool deck and inside the tent.
A team of incredible vendors set up a luxury tented wedding reception on the back lawn of the property. Refined details were incorporated, from a grand entrance with champagne velvet draping to the statement chandeliers hanging above. It was an absolute joy to see this wedding design become a spectacular event.
Inside the tent, a combination of oval and round tables were set with cream linens and natural linen chairs. Hanging above was the focal point of this wedding design, a 16’x16’ boxwood structure with lush white florals. The pairing of soft neutral tones and dark green accents were integrated throughout the space with the addition of refined natural wood elements.
This luxurious and opulent wedding design was fun and challenging to bring to life. We wanted to make a significant impact while maintaining the client’s neutral and classic vision.
